We all face challenges in life. Whether it be feeling emotionally down, or anxious, or within our close personal relationships or our career. I believe that most people in these situations have a sense that something isn't right for them, but feel stuck on what to do about it. "I'm not totally happy in my relationship, but I love this person and want to make it work", "I'm unhappy at work, but I don't know what steps I can take to change things". People want clarity, my job is to work with them to find it.
I'm trained in a various modalities (CBT, DBT, Schema, ACT, Bowen Family Systems, MBSR) but, more importantly, I have over 10 years of experience working in Mental Health; from inpatient hospitals to public and private community settings across Australia and in the United Kingdom. This has equipped me with experience in working with a wide range of issues.
It's hard to find a therapist that's a good fit for you or your loved one, especially one who has the necessary skills and experience to help. My goal is to get you to the point where you no longer need me.
