We help all people and have worked across youth, to older people. We have experience in working with neurodiverse people and neurotypical people. We specialize in working with youth, Autistic people and ADHD people. We also specialize is working with individuals whom have anxiety, depression, dissociative disorder, panic attack, self harm and suicide ideation.
What makes our clinic unique is the holistic and trauma-informed care we provide. We do not see the client as someone who needs to be "fixed", but instead as an individual who has had a range of experiences and is looking for help. You are the expert in your life, we are just the guide who helps you get to where you want to be. We use CBT, ACT, DBT, ect
