I am a Clinical Psychologist working fully online. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the public, private, and non-for-profit sectors. I adopt a warm, person-centred approach to understanding why you have chosen to engage in therapy and enjoy working with each person to help you find a meaningful and nourished life. I am passionate about working with women who are experiencing life transitions including individuation, finding identity and community, LGBTQIA+, and interpersonal difficulties.
My approach is attachment based and systemic. I use a range of different interventions including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, schema therapy, trauma-informed eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, & compassion-focused therapy. My style is personable and casual - feel free to have a sensory toy, tea, and/or blanket!
