I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the public, private, and non-for-profit sectors. I adopt a warm, person-centred to understanding why you have chosen to engage in therapy and enjoy working with each person to accomplish their self-identified goals and live meaningful lives. I have experience providing therapy to clients who are experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders, experiencing life transitions including individuation and finding identity, LGBTQIA+, positive psychology, and stressors & interpersonal difficulties.
I use a range of different interventions including cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, schema therapy, trauma-informed eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, compassion-focused therapy, attachment-based therapies and much more. My style is personable and casual - feel free to have a sensory toy, tea, and/or blanket!
