I am passionate about cultivating a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space for my clients to freely express, explore, and process their experiences. All of my sessions are tailored to meet the uniqueness of my client. I draw upon several modalities including - EMDR, internal family systems, inner-child work and re-parenting tools, imagery rescripting, somatic psychotherapy, ACT and mindfulness.
I deeply care about humanity. I will endeavour to help you understand what is going on within you, and across time we will gently process and heal the root cause(s) of your presenting symptoms and pain. I have a deep level of understanding due to my own lived experience of working through trauma of a very complex nature. A therapists self work is imperative.
