Through different stages of life women have expectations placed on them, often intensified by our life experiences & the narratives we learn about ourselves & others. Resulting in stress, anxiety, depression, a sense of not belonging, or not being good enough. In our relationships with family, children, friends, at workplaces & in community we can be challenged, stretched & deeply depended on. I want to support women to feel connected to themselves, each other & have the tools to find joy, kindness & balance in life. Since becoming a mother, I have a passion for supporting women during postpartum to prioritize their own wellbeing.
I use evidence-based therapies and tailor our session to your needs and goals. Having a background in Social Work, I view you as a whole person, individually, within your family and the systems you engage in. I provide information and different perspectives to validate your experience and support you to feel seen and understood during this time in life.
My job is to be the calming center while you explore and work through challenges. For 5 years I have supported individuals focusing on meeting you where you are and skill building so you can move through the ups and downs of life while feeling grounded.
