Jennifer is a Clinical Psychologist experienced in assessing, diagnosing, and treating common mental health conditions for clients across the lifespan. She works with clients to help reduce the impact of symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and burnout. She also operates within multidisciplinary team settings, conducting initial needs assessments and delivering cognitive behavioural therapy for clients as part of their rehabilitation and recovery from injury and illness.
Jennifer employs a friendly, understanding, and non-judgemental approach, providing a supportive therapeutic relationship with her clients. Jennifer is trained in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement and Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Triple P Parenting techniques.
