Hi, I’m Sabine. I'm dedicated to assisting individuals make significant and long-lasting improvements to their general wellbeing, particularly in the areas of Anxiety, Stress, Grief & Loss, Relationship challenges and Anger issues as well as struggles within a religious context. My passion is to empower people to work through their life challenges in a supportive environment.
I seek to support individuals who are dealing with life’s challenges by creating a place where people can be honest while being embraced with compassion and free from judgement. I use an integrative approach of several therapeutic models including aspects of Schema Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Researcher Brene Brown beautifully states: “We can’t do it all alone. We were never meant to.” My goal is to help you live your best life possible by giving you hope and strengthening your sense of identity and purpose in both ordinary situations as well as uncontrollable ones.
