Branch Out Counselling offers affordable counselling for children and adults of all ages who may find themselves 'stuck' with problems of basic human conflict and dilemma. We would like to reach out to people who seek counselling that is welcoming, confidential and available now to help work through those everyday stresses and difficulties that maintain life's problems. Branch out and change behaviours that no longer work for you, and take action towards achieving life's values and goals. Build compassion for yourself and others and learn strategies that help strengthen emotional regulation skills and values-based behaviour.
Our focus is on the therapeutic relationship where both counsellor and client are authentic and present. Together we can work through painful unwanted content with acceptance rather than struggle. Diffusion, problem solving, exposure-based cognitive rehearsal and narrative work can strengthen emotional regulation & coping skills.
Our goal is to strengthen your ability to be in the present moment with a sense of openness, non judgement and compassion to help you live your best life. We would like those on waiting lists to consider Branch Out Counselling in the interim to help with life's problems. Reaching out for help may be daunting - call us for a friendly chat
