My experience 13 years, private practice. I have worked with many clients with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, DV and Trauma, bereavement and suicidal idealizations.
My therapy sessions are designed to breakdown personal barriers, issues and challenges of life providing clients with effective tools to help them instill self- understanding and encouragement to adopt new ideas, attitudes & feelings toward self. Making these small changes to self-defeating behaviours creating real trans-formative results.
