We have a DBT (dialectical behaviour therapy) group that offers modules to learn fundamental skills to help manage emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. Clients can join at the start of any module and will be offered online to increase accessibility and affordability to clients.

Building Body Confidence
This program is for women who want to ease the stress of body dissatisfaction and body image and learn how to appreciate, accept and build a kinder and more loving relationship with their body. This is a "no fluff" type of self-love program, guiding the participants toward deep, inner healing and learning powerful skills to regulate the nervous system, shifting stubborn beliefs and change old, unhelpful patterns.
