I have spent 20 years working with and supporting adults and teens who are experiencing relationship challenges, traumas, addictions, eating disorders, mental health difficulties and general day to day stressors. I have worked in both residential settings with individuals and families, as well as running my own private practise. My approach is trauma informed with a strong influence from somatic and mindfulness teachings. I have been trained as a Counsellor, Gestalt Psychotherapist and Somatic Practitioner, and have a passion for supporting people to find their way back to their authentic selves.
