Hi I'm Belinda. I would love to get to know you and see how we can work together to make things better and move towards the life you want. I enjoy working with adults, children, teens, couples and parents and providing supervision to colleagues. Over more than 25 years as a registered psychologist I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of wonderful people in private practice, community settings and not for profit organizations, in South Africa, New Zealand and now Melbourne. I look forward to getting to know you and working together, bringing what I have learnt to your unique circumstances and challenges.
It is exciting seeing scientific understanding and evidence of what works grow and blending this with the art of connection and compassion to assist on life's journey. We'll look at what has brought you to therapy, create a space where you can be deeply heard, access your own wisdom and hopes and combine these with effective strategies that help.
