Hi, welcome! As a mental health counsellor, I am passionate about supporting my clients to discover the power that comes from their inner strength and build on their resources to live a life closely aligned to their personal values. I would describe myself as empathetic, authentic, compassionate and I am someone who deeply values human connection. I consider myself to have a friendly, approachable nature that makes me easy to talk to. I use techniques from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Together, we will form a collaborative professional relationship and will work towards your wellness goals in an empathetic, non-judgemental manner. My aim is to help clients feel empowered to overcome challenges, increase self-awareness, live authentically, experience healing and build on their resources to make meaningful change.
I would be honoured to join you on your wellness journey.
