Teegan is a registered psychologist and is also an EMDR Therapist. She brings warmth, knowledge, thoughtfulness, and compassion into her practice. Her treatment is specifically tailored to individual needs, and she draws on her training, qualifications, and experience to gain excellent results for her clients. Psychologists at Ayana are highly skilled and experienced. They are all members of the Australian Psychological Society and are accredited members of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We provide evidence-based therapy approaches in talk therapy and EMDR.
Teegan’s area of special interest expertise is in the treatment of anxiety & trauma related disorders, including PTSD, complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Teegan has undertaken Advanced level training in EMDR therapy, a powerful psychotherapy approach for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and many types of psychological distress.
