Our small groups and individual art therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotions, gain insight, and foster personal growth. We understand the importance of finding the right therapist. Ausculto Creative Art Therapies offers a range of therapeutic group programs as well as individual sessions facilitated by Art Psychotherapists. We’re a humanist (non religious) organisation that uses a variety of evidence-based creative and expressive modalities to facilitate insight, growth and healing. We’re also proud partners of “Act Belong Commit”
Self-care - “the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health” our small groups allow you to schedule in regular self care. The art therapist will provide some activities/art prompts to engage in or you may like to do your own thing and experiment with the variety of creative materials.
