In my therapeutic practice, I offer support to clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including those seeking assistance in managing with anxiety, depression, stress and adjusting to life changes. Client goals can range from those seeking to reduce the incidence of negative self-talk, reducing physical symptoms of stress and anxiety, addressing past trauma and seeking more adaptive daily routines and coping methods. Clients who are seeking change in their lives and wish to explore options for intervention to develop adaptive methods of thinking and behaviour often report benefits from therapeutic engagement.
I am passionate about assisting clients to promote healthy methods of thinking and develop adaptive methods of approaching life challenges. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to understand client backgrounds, develop mutually agreed upon goals and implement tailored therapeutic techniques to enhance wellbeing and assist them in their lives.
