I am a sex-positive and kink allied counsellor, specializing in intimacy, trauma and and sexual abuse. I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples to help them overcome various trauma and mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, lack of self worth and hopelessness as well as sexual related issues. I take alot of pride in my open minded and non judgmental outlook in my professional practice and passionate about creating a safe healing space for my clients regardless of their roots, background and their challenges.
I provide emotional safety and support in a non judgmental and warm atmosphere with an accepting outlook, where my clients feel heard and encouraged to express their emotions, thoughts, and concerns without fear of judgments or stigma. I teach my clients to develop various coping skills to navigate life's challenges and stressors.
As a sex-positive and trauma informed counsellor with deep and genuine understanding of sex and sexuality related mental health challenges, I welcome clients of diverse genders, sexualities and bodies. I truly enjoy supporting people that may fit outside the mainstream narrative whether that related to work, leisure or lifestyle.
