My job is to listen, guide you with tools and strategies and encourage you to trust yourself again. Through therapy you can improve the relationship you have with yourself and others. My clients include LGBTQ+ identifying people and those exploring sexuality as well as all kinds of people escaping religious abuse, coercive control, domestic violence and addiction. Whether you are experiencing anger, guilt, grief, shame, fear, loneliness, confusion or something else, you can benefit from professional support. Sessions can give you a sounding board, a witness to your trauma or professional guidance and tools, it's your choice.
I provide professional treatment with Medicare rebates for a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD and other mental health difficulties. I specialise in concerns about toxic relationships, religious trauma, pornography use problems and ‘sex addiction’ from a sexuality-affirmative perspective.
You don't have to go it alone. For the past 30+ years I’ve been assisting people to make adjustments, respond to change and create meaning in their lives. My approach is confidential and professional but informal. A Medicare rebate of $85.20 is available for eligible clients. Contact me now for more details and any questions you might have about starting.

Narrative Therapy is a form of conversational therapy based on the idea that we all tell stories about our lives and experiences, even if only to ourselves, and that it is through the telling of these stories that we make meaning out of our experiences. I welcome you to discuss how you have dealt with or resisted the problems in your life, your struggles, your hopes and your future intentions.
