ArtFull Therapy Adult Group - ZOOM platform
A closed, mixed adult online group comprised of people from around the world interested in creative expression for better self-understanding and mental wellbeing. Sessions run 3 Tuesdays a month for 1.5 hours. You will require your own art materials. Creativity and Connection are key to this group. No prior art making experience is necessary, but a willingness to have a go. Essential to joining this group is a commitment to attend regularly for the safety, healthy functioning and cohesion of the group.
