Argrove Counselling offers evidenced based psychological counselling to help adolescents and adults improve their mental health, develop healthy ways of managing and responding to life's challenges. We use a range of evidenced based therapy approaches such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness based strategies.
Our team provides therapy to individuals. We offer in-person counselling and online or telehealth counselling. Our therapists have experience and special interests in a range of issues including Trauma & PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and Alcohol dependency.
