I am Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with various types of mental health issues as well as with a diverse range of people. I offer mental health support and therapy in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. I work with adults and older adolescents across a range of mental health issues. Dexter the therapy support dog is also in session and can help with the therapeutic process.
I work with people experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Bi Polar (mood disorders), PTSD/Trauma related problems, Grief and Bereavement, Schizophrenia (psychotic disorders) and Chronic Pain. I also work with people experiencing general social, emotional, relationship and interpersonal difficulties with a focus on improving self esteem and self compassion.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of people and especially the traditionally “hard to reach” clients who may not have connected with other therapists. I also have experience working with NDIS participants people from various cultural backgrounds.
