I have been a clinical psychologist since 2014. There is a wide range of presenting problems that I work with, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, emotional regulation, sleep difficulties, stress management, ADHD, ASD, and parenting support. I speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

I adopt evidence-based approaches to intervention such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interview (MI). Given different people may prefer different approaches, let's explore what works best for you together.
