As an accredited Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist in non-government organisations and mental health services, I've supported individuals, children, couples and families for over 18 years. Therapy is a co-creative process; a healing journey requiring safety, presence and connection for a child or an adult. Opportunities are provided for clients to express themselves and make sense of their inner world. It may involve reflecting on past events and relationships, talking about emotions, thoughts and behaviours, identifying strengths, exploring goals and options, or developing new skills or strategies to manage your mental health.
Extensive, specialised experience in many modalities enables me to offer a safe space to navigate life's complex challenges for the unique needs of every child or adult. Listening with empathy, raising your awareness and insight, and allowing each person to reconnect with their authentic Self, creates potential for significant change while reducing stress.
