I have over 10 years of experience working with adults (18+) and can support on a wide range of issues. Firstly, I can help clarify what it is you want out of therapy. I encourage a curious and compassionate approach to gain insight into what you are experiencing. Together we can develop a new perspective on your experiences and create a path forward that is hopeful, achievable and in line with what is important to you. I interweave a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on methods that are best fitted to who you are as a person.
I work from a Contemplative therapeutic framework, providing a holistic and trauma informed approach to sessions. I combine different techniques drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Relapse Prevention.
