There are times during life when someone can become overburdened, confused, anxious, traumatized, and depressed. When life can seem too complicated to manage by themselves. When someone is struggling to reach that all-important goal, pressures are increasingly getting in the way. When it is hard to separate the noise from the all-important information. When frustration leads to anger. When being alone leads to depressive isolation. At any time when someone is not living life to the fullest and is not happy in their choices, it is time to speak with a counsellor.

I use a variety of modalities during my sessions because I do not believe that one therapy fits all occasions. Every person is unique and every experience is specific to the situation. I have a biopsychosocial approach to counselling. We explore all areas of a person's life to find the best solution to your problem that creates continual improvement.
I use a person-centred approach to counselling and offer individual counselling in your own home, at a favourite park or cafe, and via the internet. My purpose is to work with you to find solutions to issues causing problems in your life. If you feel that I might be the person who can assist you in making a positive change, get in touch today.
