Everyone experiences personal challenge at some point in their life. As a psychotherapist and registered counsellor my goal is to support you get back on track, and address the roots of any symptoms you may be experiencing for lasting change.

I am a holistic counsellor in private practice offering counselling sessions for adults, adolescents, and couples. My work is informed by years of spiritual practice and psychological inquiry including training and personal work with many leading spiritual teachers. Integrating the best of contemporary psychotherapy with wisdom traditions.
