My name is Andrea and I am passionate about assisting individuals experience freedom from their emotional struggles. I support individuals who suffer from anxiety, codependency and trauma amongst other areas. I work primarily from a person centered and trauma-informed therapy approach and implement emotion-focused and CBT/ACT methods. I believe that every individual has the choice and ability to heal from their past and present experiences and would love to be a support for you on your journey.
