Hi, My name is Andrea and my private practice is based in the beautiful bayside suburb of Cleveland in Redlands city. I offer face-to-face individual counselling, Walk and talk counselling, couples counselling, and family counselling. I can help you develop little ways to make a change in your relationship as well as your everyday habits. I aim to support each individual's needs, help you understand your behaviours and impulses, and allow you the space to explore and grow your awareness in whatever challenging time you're going through.
Walk-and-talk therapy is by far my most popular service for all age groups and genders. Walking and talking is a natural activity, Most people can relate to enjoying going for a walk and chatting with a friend or family member and the conversation flowing freely. Couples Therapy is also a very unique and rewarding part of my job.
Finding the right therapist is a very important and huge decision and should be done with proper consideration for your needs and feelings. Although it's not uncommon to feel uncomfortable or feel venerable in those first sessions. The most important thing to consider is whether the therapist and you connect.
