I have worked with clients of all ages who have presented with a range of issues including adjustment difficulties following a loss or change, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship or family conflict.
I collaborate with clients to identify their areas of concern and support them in creating and reaching their goals. I use a trauma-informed, client-focused approach and a range of therapeutic modalities depending on what works best for the client.
I find my work very fulfiling and enjoy hearing and exploring everyone's stories and supporting them in building a greater understanding of themselves as well as shifting unhelpful core beliefs and patterns of behaviour. I am now based in Auckland, New Zealand and only available via telehealth/video.
