My approach focuses on creating a warm, nurturing environment where you can feel empowered on your journey towards personal growth and positive change. I have been working in mental health for the last seven years as a Counsellor in primary and secondary schools, as well as within private practice. Whether you want to enhance relationships, improve daily functioning, or navigate life's challenges, I'm here to support you.
Together, we'll work to build skillsets and mindsets. One area close to my heart is assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities and support in navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I'm committed to providing inclusive support to individuals from all walks of life.
