Hi, I'm Amy. I am a Holistic Counsellor who is here to help you make sense of who you are and support you in your deconditioning, personal growth and coming alive. My gifts lie in the depths of soft, gentle, nurturing support to those who struggle with their life story and place in the world and in themselves. I help you move from the idea that you are broken or missing pieces of your own puzzle to owning your story, claiming back all parts of yourself and merging them together as one team to allow inner rest and be in your deepest expression.
