Finding a therapist and starting the process of therapy can seem big and perhaps even overwhelming. I provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space to explore and unpack what it is you're facing. I am non-judgemental, warm and compassionate. I am experienced in supporting individuals around a range of issues, including life stress and transition, relationships, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. No problem too big or too small, as therapy can also provide a space simply to understand yourself more.
I also have specialised training in trauma processing, sexual violence and perinatal mental health, including adjustment to parenting, perinatal anxiety and depression, and infant attachment. I am an integrative therapist, using a range of tools and approaches. It is about finding out together what works best for you.
