I am dedicated to working with clients from a trauma-informed, strengths based and person centred approach. I believe "change can be hard at first, seems messy in the middle, but gorgeous in the end". With this mantra in mind, I work with clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, post traumatic and complex trauma. Providing a non-judgemental space and empathy to build a strong therapeutic and collaborative relationship with clients to establish goals and strategies to overcome life's obstacles
I offer a variety of services including counselling, therapy and psycho-education to assist you in managing challenging and difficult situations and life stages. I incorporate a range of therapeutic interventions including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, solution focused therapy and mindfulness.
In addition, I have a broad interest somatic based therapies and am also a trauma informed somatic based yoga teacher. I work with adults across all ages primarily with assisting to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
