I will work with you, with the aim of uncovering the origins of your distress, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and a greater sense of meaning, purpose and comfort in your own skin.
A registered psychotherapist and counsellor, I have experience working with people suffering all that comes with being human. I use psychoanalytic / psychodynamic approaches to therapy, however I can also use other treatments - such as CBT - depending on your needs.
