We are a team of Mental Health Social Workers and Psychologists who provide counselling to children, adolescents, adults and families. We work with people who are struggling with anxiety, sadness, stressful life events and big life transitions. We have designed a service to meet needs for individuals, couples and whole families. We are specialist trauma and attachment therapists. We support children, adolescents and families using various approaches. Our team are trained in Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Family Therapy and Couples Counselling.
