Psychotherapy is supportive in helping clients move through acute or long-term psychological distress. Rather than symptom-based relief, psychotherapy explores the historical roots of current distress and therefore aims to uproot the foundations of mental suffering for transformative change.

I see clients as unique individuals with complex and fascinating minds, rather than a prescribed diagnostic category. Through integrative psychotherapy, I combine a range of complementary therapeutic modalities to create tailored treatments plans and include the body, emotions and therapeutic relationship in the therapeutic process.

I am committed and inspired to help individuals and couples develop the tools and insights to regain their well-being, gifts and strengths. Psychotherapy ideally is a process of not only healing old wounds, but orientated towards a positive, flourishing future.
