Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a counsellor and clinical supervisor who works from a social justice, human rights, and non-pathologising lens. I use existential, trauma-informed and person-centred perspectives in counselling. I offer a gentle and curious approach and will be a co-traveller invested in your journey with you. I will not see you as ill, unwell or disordered, but rather as a human who thinks, feels and experiences the world in response to their current or past experiences. I offer clinical supervision both in person and online also.

I believe in offering justice to people's stories, as we all need a humane witness to understand us and all parts of us.
