I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) registered psychotherapist/counsellor member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and have completed a Master of Counselling at University of New England. I have also been trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in Madrid, Spain. First and foremost I like to think of myself as warm and empathetic, aiming to create a neutral space for you to explore your concerns and understand yourself. I am a member of the LGBTIQ+ community and am comfortable working with issues specific to being a part of this community.
In our sessions, my approach is rooted in collaboration and client-cantered care. I understand that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours together.
