Sometimes life can just feel hard, and you might not be quite sure why. Perhaps you feel like stress is mounting, or find yourself anxious, or often feel depressed. Maybe you have difficulties with relationships, or know that you have a history of trauma, but have never explored it in depth. You might be starting to think about making some changes, but might be unsure where to start. Using a warm, collaborative approach and a range of evidence-based therapies, together we will explore and understand the difficulties you bring to the therapy room, change long-standing patterns, and help you build new ways of coping and being.

I see therapy as a commitment made together to hold space so you can safely explore the difficulties which bring you to treatment. I am trained in a range of therapies, including EMDR, CPT (for PTSD), schema therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT. I provide PTSD and C-PTSD treatment, and have extensive experience with the treatment of trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders
My therapy practice is built on the principles of warmth, respect, and collaboration. I only use therapies which have been tested and shown to work, and carefully match the difficulties you have with the treatments I offer. I understand that therapy is daunting and scary, and focus on building a safe relationship, so we can explore all you bring.
