Empathetic and client-centric relationship counsellor registered with PACFA. I help couples and adult individuals, in person (East Melbourne/Richmond) and through telehealth. My goal is to make every client feel heard, understood, and professionally supported. I understand how the demands of modern life put pressure on relationships and I bring my heart and mind to the counselling room. I believe that change is possible, people can feel better with themselves and others, and build fulfilling, lasting relationships. I am sensitive to culture, individual experience and mental health diagnosis and honor client autonomy.
I hold a Master of Counselling (Monash), Master of Social Science (Utrecht University). I am trained in Gottman method (couples therapy), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy and Attachment and trauma-informed approach. I am also a certified Career Coach. A member of PACFA, I am bound by PACFA code of ethics. I work with English, Spanish, and Polish-speaking clients.
Small shifts lead to big improvements. I help couples going through crisis, conflict, infidelity, lost connection, or starting a family. I work with adults struggling with life changes, emotions, anger, and loneliness, or looking to fulfill their potential. Life experience helps me accept clients' choices without judgment, honoring their autonomy.
