I have expertise in a broad range of issues which are usually a product of trauma they include, addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-worth, stress, relationship difficulties, personality disorders. I adopt a person-centred approach using a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches which include Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego States, Circle of Security, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Gottman Couple Therapy, Schema Therapy.
