Katrina McCoy, Ph.D., has more than 10 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, educator, supervisor, and scholar in premier academic medical settings. After her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School / McLean Hospital, she launched her career there as a clinical team leader and predoctoral psychology internship supervisor. Next, she joined the faculty at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center as Assistant Professor and Attending Psychologist. There, she founded and directed an adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program, trained and mentored predoctoral psychology interns, medical students, and psychiatry residents, and collaborated on research and dissemination projects. She was also Director of CBT Curriculum for Psychiatry Residency Training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center. Her work has been published in academic journals and presented at national conferences.
