Jared DeFife, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Atlanta (jareddefife.com). He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine.

Dr. DeFife specializes in helping adults with ADHD, depression, and anxiety to tame their runaway brains with smart strategies to become more focused, more organized, and more at peace with themselves and their relationships.

Dr. DeFife runs a YouTube channel with content focused on helping adults with ADHD understand themselves and build better lives!
He also offers clinical consultation services for enhancing clinical practice and development for clinicians/counselors/therapists.
