Geoff Haddock, Ph.D., is a Professor of Social Psychology at Cardiff University, UK. His research interests cover topics such as affective and cognitive processes of evaluation, attitude ambivalence, and the link between mindfulness and attitudes. He is co-author (with Greg Maio) of The Psychology of Attitudes and Attitude Change; they have also co-edited two other books on the topic. He is currently an associate editor for the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, having also been an associate editor of Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.

He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. Upon graduation he embarked upon PhD studies at the University of Waterloo, where his supervisor was Mark Zanna. After a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan, he moved to the United Kingdom. Since 2001 he has worked at Cardiff University, where is currently a Professor of Social Psychology.
