Alexey Tolchinsky Psy.D.

Alexey Tolchinsky, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist in a private practice in Maryland. He earned a Psy.D. in Professional Psychology from the George Washington University. After licensure, he worked in private practice and at the Neurology Clinic of Washington, where he conducted psychological evaluations of patients. Tolchinsky has a strong interest in integrating neuroscience with modern theories of mental functioning and he incorporates this knowledge in his clinical work. He is a Clinical Fellow of the Neuropsychoanalysis Association and a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, the Maryland Psychological Association, and the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology and Life Sciences.
