Do you have OCD and feel like you have no one to relate to? Welcome to the OCD Support Group where attendees can share their experiences, thoughts, and coping mechanisms in a safe environment facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in OCD. Learn a variety of techniques while making new friends. The group is Monday at 6:30 PM via Telehealth.

Brain Injury Support Group
Meet others who have similar experiences while receiving social, educational and emotional guidance. The support group provides a supportive environment for survivors to share their stories, learn coping skills and develop new friendships in a safe environment. This support group is going to be lead by a therapist, who is also a TBI survivor.
