If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and in your relationships, anxious, burned out, hurt, having trouble moving in the direction of your goals, or maybe, you don’t even know what it is, but something just doesn’t feel right, I’m here to help. My style is collaborative and integrates science-based strategies with a down-to-earth and compassionate approach. We'll work together to build self-awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and heal from hurtful past experiences so that you can engage in more connected relationships and feel more ease and joy in your life.
I work with individuals and couples. Additionally, I have significant experience supporting helping professionals. My work is informed by training in relational therapy (Gottman Level 2), trauma-informed approaches (EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), mindfulness-based therapy, and 10+ years of yoga teaching experience (200 hour RYT), .
Together, we can work toward more than just getting through difficult times. Taking the first step to connect with a therapist is a brave one but you don’t need to take the next steps alone. Please reach out to learn more or schedule an initial consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
