I am passionate about walking alongside individuals who may be struggling with the effects of trauma, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that greater awareness, coping skills, and the ability to own our stories are powerful tools for healing. I am honored to be a witness to my clients' journey in realizing their own strenghts and capabilities.
My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma informed, and attachment based. I utilize EMDR as a way to help clients work through difficult memories that may be influencing current belief system. I also have experience implementing creativity in session when working with younger populations.
I believe that a healthy therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process. Because of this I offer a free phone consultation allowing you to put a voice with the name before we begin our work together. Call or email to set up your free phone consultation today.
