I enjoy working on topics such as life balance, self care, relationships, boundaries, vicarious trauma, and foster/adoptive parenting. There is intrinsic healing when we enter into relationship, and that's what counseling is all about. Counseling is an opportunity to have someone by your side as you navigate the current season of your life. It's about helping you unlock more of the potential that's already inside.
We often strive to integrate ourselves. It is a journey to balance our many roles and practice self-care. I practice with a client-led and solution-focused approach. At intake, we will discuss your reason for seeking support and goals. During treatment, you can expect to discuss how things are going, develop understanding/skills, and evaluate progress.
I'm available in-person or virtually. My office is conveniently located in on the edge of Browne's Addition going into Downtown Spokane. Sessions are about 50 minutes in a modern, casual environment. I hope that you will come as you are as we learn to be transparent, vulnerable and authentic in ourselves.
