I offer a mindfulness-based approach for teens and adults. I provide a gentle, safe & nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, painful memories, grief, and limiting beliefs or self defeating patterns. Trauma work can help integrate lost parts of self to relieve anxiety, depression, anger, health concerns & PTSD. Using EMDR and body/mind methods, I help those feeling stuck find resolution and transformation. For grief work I use EMDR and Pathfinders, Comprehensive Grief Care. As a PACT therapist for couples, I help you improve communication, understanding & secure functioning to support connection and pathways to repair.
I will listen to you - body, heart, and spirit. Together we will attend to what's hurting. With support you can develop layers of safety and inner resource for healing to arise naturally. I use EMDR for trauma and grief, & somatic methods and parts work to integrate unresolved issues and emotions. Mindfulness and self compassion help create lasting change.
Life & relationships can often be painful or confusing, especially when experiencing overwhelming emotions, events, or transitions. Whether current or past, it is never too late to take a step toward healing. You do not need to suffer alone. Connecting through therapy is one way to find your way to health and the experience of wholeness.
